Dropoff Chest

The Dropoff Chest acts as a designated repository for your robots. When a robot's inventory becomes full, or when it completes a task, it will automatically search for the nearest Dropoff Chest to empty its contents.

Functionality​

  • Automatic Deposit: Robots with full inventories will automatically pathfind to the nearest available Dropoff Chest.
  • POI System: The block is registered as a Point of Interest (POI), allowing robots to find it from a long distance (configurable via poi_search_range).
  • Standard Chest: It functions like a normal single or double chest for players. You can connect hoppers and other inventory systems to it to sort the items your robots collect.
